Chemical formular:C6H11 NHS30Na.
It is "low-calorie sweetener" which is 30-50 times as sweet as sucrose.It is white flake crystal or crystalline powder is freely soluble in water.
Introduction:
It is approved use as low-calorie sweetener by British, French, Germany National Health Department.
Its feature is non-toxic, safety than Saccharine as used.
It would never accumulate in human body and no harm effect if consistent consumption of Cyclamate product.

If Sodium Cyclamate is used in mixture with sucrose, 0.3% organic acid and 10% saccharine, its sweetness would be enhanced 150 times.
If Sodium Cyclamate is used only, its sweeteness is 30-50 times as sucrose.
